Earn up to $1000.00 per referral by providing us with the name, contact information and a brief skills summary of any colleagues you feel might benefit from the services of Adel-Lawrence Associates. If we are successful in placing your colleague with one of our client companies within one year of the referral, you qualify for a referral bonus from ALA. As long as we receive our placement fee from our client company and the individual remains employed with the client through the guarantee period (usually 3-6 months), you will receive a check from us. It's that simple!

  • A candidate considered "referred" must not already be registered with Adel-Lawrence Associates, Inc.
  • The bonus will be paid after the client company pays Adel-Lawrence Associates, Inc. and after any applicable guarantee periods are successfully completed.
  • There are no limits to how much money or how many bonuses can be paid to one person.
  • Adel-Lawrence Associates will issue an IRS 1099 form at the end of the calendar year in which any bonuses are paid. This form must be a part of the federal and state tax reports of all bonus recipients.
